ABC’s Baltimore affiliate program “The List” broadcasted a special feature yesterday entitled “How To Work Out Without Leaving Your Desk” featuring the TrekDesk Treadmill Desk.


The List anchor woman Nicki Mayo noted that “on average you can burn about 150 to 200 calories an hour on the desk, you could easily knock out 800 calories a day.”  The story features Dr. Ray Hinish, a Baltimore physician who practices what he preaches, walking with his TrekDesk Treadmill Desk while he podcasts his regular show devoted to improving health and losing weight: “Cut the Fat” (http://cutthefatpodcast.com).
