We are all familiar with the term fast food and its detrimental effects on our health but how about a more positive term that spotlights the amount of time our body needs to start feeling healthy again: Fast Health.

A study conducted by Steven Aldana of Brigham Young University found that 30 minutes of walking or other cardio exercise daily led to dramatic health gains in as little as six weeks.

Ages of the participants ranged from 43 to 81 and with six weeks of exercise and healthy eating they experienced significant reductions in body fat, cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

Treadmill desks allow individual's to achieve even greater levels of fitness and health by allowing them to walk the entire day at their desk.
