I LOVE MY TREKDESK! I work from home in the technology field and was looking for a way to multi-task during my day, getting work completed and also staying fit. There are certain activities that I can do while on the TrekDesk - the most common is conference calls. Nobody can detect that I am on a treadmill as long as I keep the speed to less than 2 mph. I can often spend 2-3 hours a day on calls so that's up to 6 miles per day, all without leaving my desk. I have a second desk to do more intensive work like computer programming or typing long documents. I could do this work on my TrekDesk but after 2-3 hours I prefer to work from a seat. I try to use the TrekDesk daily and it has helped me lose a few pounds and stay more fit. If you have the space - do it! You will be happy you did.
