FIRST WEEK OF USING TREKDESK AND I LOVE IT! I averaged 8 miles per day in about 3 hours. If I was on a call or reading I would speed up to around a 3.3 mile/hr pace & if I was typing I would slow down to around a 2.3 mile/hr pace. I used to feel sluggish at the end of the day & would dread my regular exercise routine of running 5-7 miles, but this week I felt great everyday & had so much energy for my runs! I also think I was more productive at work, so happy I made the decision to buy one!
