BEST PURCHASE I EVER MADE! I now feel like I'm accomplishing something at work other than just working. Time is a major limit in life and this is a great way to make your time more efficient. Besides logging more steps, I am more awake and my back does not hurt because I am not hunched over at a desk. I have adapted to doing most any type of computer work at a speed of 4 mph. If you need to drink coffee or write I recommend slowing to 3 mph.
